WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT SUNNY'S

Sunny's is a small locally-owned, family business located in a college neighborhood in the center of Sioux Falls. I get to know each and every member of our staff and I treat everyone like adults. There's no dress code, no stringent company policies and I expect everyone to do their best and use common sense when making decisions. There are rules that guide how to make pizzas and how to interact with customers, but everything is based on logic and I'm an open book with staff, explaining why we do the things we do. Honestly, I just want working at Sunny's to be fun and stress-free and social for our staff but I expect everyone to respect their co-workers, my family, my business and our customers. It's pretty simple. We try to hire "grown ups" and staff turnover is very minimal. Come pizza with us!
